At what point and with what evidence does law enforcement have the right to search my home?

The cops would have to get a search warrent from the local judge which would take at least 12 hours. The judge will give this to them if he decides they have reasonable cause for searching your house. I don't think this kids word is enough to get your house searched, they would most likely need more evidence.
