Can anyone give me an idea of about how long it takes for a person to med board out of the military?

Husband is med boarding out of military. His paper work has just been sent to the board. But he is telling me that he will be out completely in a few week. I am very suspicous. He is divorcing me and has been try to get me to moe so i don't know if this is another trick or what. I need some help.
