How can i stop paying taxes if the Gov't is not doing what i want with my Taxes?

The US Gov't is wasting tax dollars on the war in Iraq and i voted against that i don't want to keep spending money on a war that has never produced WMD's so i want them out or at least stop spending my tax dollars on what i want it spent on like getting Osama, I don't care about Korea i don't care about china or Iran any of that i want them to focus on getting Osama,
