I am trying to figure out what is causing my foot pain?

I'm trying to figure out where your pain is. You say in front of the ball, you mean it's at ankle level? And spreads back from there? You mean at ankle level? there doesn't seem to be much you can spread to in that area. At this point I find it hard to even try to answer your question. You gave a lot of information, just not enough about your foot.
