Can you please help me?!!!?
Ok what is fun to do is DANCE... It is fun and you burn calories and have fun doing it. Make up some dance moves to your favorite song watever.. Then every meal you eat like breakfest you should go for a walk about 10-15 mins. Also you shouldnt be working out to much you dont want to look musclar. So eating good is goood. also replace soda with water, water is good. But if you run a whole lot your body will soon lose all the food and it would and then you would eat more then if you were walking and get hungry. if that makes sense. well have fun this summerr!
