How do you deal with a flamboyant gay co-worker?

Heres the lo-down, my company hired a new employee (Josh) Everyone knew at the time of hire that he was openly gay. I have never had any issues with gay people i feel like apersons uality is their business not mine BUT this is where the problem comes into play... I is OVERLY GAY!!! I began training him Jan. 2nd - he has been nothing but a headache ever since. When he isnt learning something quick enough he pout no really he pouts lips puckered up and sighs every 4 minutes I have never ever wanted to cause physical harm to anyone on this earth Ive never hated anyone to that extent yet everytime I work with him I want to kick him in the crotch to see if he has bal!s!!! He is a drama queen times 2, and now he has taken to blaming phobia on the fact that noone likes him. How do I deal with him?
