Is this a good runescape pker?

at the moment i'm going to make my account a member, its 55 attack 65 str 43 defence 44 prayer 77 range, 63 mage,its 72 combat i know it isent a really good pker at the moment so i want to get 60 attk 75 str 45 defence 80 range and 82 mage so i can blitz and range dds, im going to do desert treasure (for blitzing.) freminik trials (archer helm) and other stuff i already got + i want to train 80 range in orges and i have done bhigozard please help me out =)
