Is There a "Disability" for Learning a Foreign Language?

I have always had a hard time learning languages (latin, french and now spanish). I am doing terribly at school in spanish but well in everything else. When I was growing up I had a really hard time learning to read and also spelling was a big issue. Do any of these things sound like a learing disability? My dad has dyslexia and dysgraphia if that helps. thanks
