Windows 7 won't start up?

You are going to have to take it to some one or get a disc from the manufacture. I am sorry I can't help. When you get it back, be sure to build boot able recovery disc with a back up on it of your OS. It saved me once. The information is in the same area as to do a back-up. A retail OS of Windows 7 has this feature also. You have a manufactured computer and some times they don't come with it-more than often. Hope things work out.
