Business Office Administrator where can i work at?

I'm attending a vocational school and the course I'm taking is Business Office Administrator. I don't know where I want to work at. This course is like Paralegal so this means i have to work in a law office or something does has to do with law.. but I want to work in a hospital. Does anyone know where can i get employed?
