Can you put sporty or muscle car additions on generally every car?

well i had a firebird and it was great but i wanted a different car more luxurious. and i found some i like idk what im going to get yet but most of the luxurious cars dont look as sporty as a firebird, mustang, vet, camaro, etc so i was wondering if generaly all cars can have additions put on for a couple hundred to make them look more sporty or muscle car looking. if some yes some no then can i get a list of a lot of the yes'es so that i can make my decision better. thank you
