Do I just lie or ask my mom?

Okay so my friend and I want to spend some time together Friday and Saturday. Tomorrow we plan to do a little shopping and then maybe go to a friends house after or hangout somewhere else. I know my mom will let me do this because where she wants to shop is very close to where I live. The problem is that we've been planning to go to this concert on Saturday, Party, and I sleep over her house. I don't want to ask my mom about the concert though. I've always asked my mom if I can go to concerts and she always said "yes" until one concert night I came home at 2am because we couldn't find a ride back home and my mom ended up having to pick me up. The other time I lost my phone but it wasn't my fault because this guy was my friend at the Taste Of Chaos concert and he was fighting with us and pushed me and I lose my phone. My mom understood though about the phone and got me a new one and she has forgiven for coming home late that night. Should I just ask her if I can go to this one? I'm afraid she'll say "no" and then I can't go. Keep in my that this will be the last time I can hang out with my friend for most of the summer because she's going to Japan three days after the concert. Help me make a decision please.
