Lol another question on math , linear inequalaties. Algebra?

How would i go about doing problems like these, with exact steps? 28- a + 4a=21 snd this one: x - z= -5 for y, another one is this w=2/3rst for r. I need it explained to me the easiest way possible. Thanks to all you mathematicians for the help.
