My thoughts for my 75 gallon tank. Suggestions?

Yes that would be fine if all the fish are compatible. Any way, I would go with 5 neon tetras, 5 guppies, 3 ottos, 6 bleeding heart tetras, 4 black skirt tetras and 7 platies.
