Ok this is a weird and uncomfortable question for me to ask but it's been buggin me so I need to ask?

Ok for starters I'm a virgin. I have these red bumps that itch like a mf and they have been on my ual are(I'm a guy)for like 1 week now and I've done EVERYTHING to get ride of them but they won't go away there's 12 bumps and there not in one location there all over the place I also have like 2 or 3 on my legs does any one know what this could be and what to do about it cause I'm imberessed to go to my parents about it(I'm a teenager)please help me
