Please help what the eff is wrong with me?

i have had since i lost my virginity Alot but with the same guy and just recently it started hurting and sometimes i get these pains in my lower abdomen mainly when i first wake up in the morning and if i go pee then it hurts for like 30 minutes but then it quits i know its weird but i just wanna know im only 17 i was on ortho tri cyclen lo but went off but then other day we had i bled i didnt bleed the first time we did but it did hurt my had been swollen previous to the bleeding i have very irregular periods if that helps so what do you think the problem is
