Should i give this girl the boot? ( Guys and Girls Read)?

ok..so to make along story short ive been talking to this girl for about 2 months and shes literally leading me on to nowhere...shes online all day everyday and pays more attention to people on facebook IM then to me ( we sit on the phone barely saying nothing at all). ses also a BIG hipocrit and im just like wtf..like most females (no offense) she talks a good game but isnt about ****..i have the house to myself until sunday and if she doesnt come over i think im going to just cut her off ( im not trying to have i just want to chill rite now and see if she will just come over)...it sucks cuz i like her but it is what it is...id rather put my time and effort into another girl that doesnt bluff and is an out-going person....idk why but it always seems like 99% of girls like to yank a guys chain and play these stupid games...but whatever. so what do you guys think i should do? what would you do?....no BS anwers and thanks for all answers in advance!
