Should i teach flygon hyper beam?

in my personal opinion,you should get rid of either faint attack or giga drain for hyper beam.hyper beam is a beast of a move,despite the fact of you having to wait a turn after using it.if youre higher level then your target,or even a few levls under,itll kill it no problem
